Prior to beginning my two-year Business Administration diploma program in September 2014, I felt a lack of optimism because of few educational opportunities available in Ghana. I began to drink alcohol excessively with various friends. Since beginning my studies at Palm Institute, I now have a renowned sense of hope. I realized that my lifestyle was not beneficial to success or a bright future. I now have many aspirations and goals and wants to one day be in a management position.

The education and training that I am receiving from the Palm Institute is gradually transforming me into a strategic leader who will transform his country. I am being taught how to lead and bring positive change to my society. The scholarship offered was a big motivation and support to me.

I benefit from the use of the computer laboratory and well resourced library that provides vast knowledge and information. There has been great improvement in my communication skills due to group presentations and being able to work in a team.
Before starting my studies at Palm Institute I was a computer illiterate, but now I can type my personal information, prepare Power Point Presentations, reference professional sources and use internet search engines effectively. Palm Institute is empowering the existing youth to become future leaders. I express my profound gratitude to the President and the Board of Palm Institute for their passion for education and making my dreams become my reality.
My involvement at Palm Institute has benefitted and transformed me much more than my effort and resources could. Through one-on-one coaching, practical presentations, computer training and the use of the internet, I can boast of being in a great institution. I have been exposed to relevant skills needed for the job market and how to think strategically through our critical thinking course.
