Mr. Jerry John K. Asiedu holds a first degree in History and Psychology from the School of Social Sciences of the University of Ghana, Legon. He also holds a Post-First Degree Bachelor of Laws, Legum Baccalaureus (L.LB) from the School of Law of the University of Ghana. He is currently a final year trainee Lawyer at the Ghana School of Law, Accra where upon completion he will be awarded a licence qualifying him to practice as a Barrister, Solicitor and Lawyer in Ghana. Jerry John has a profound interest in teaching and research. He served as a Research and Teaching Assistant in 2011 at the Department of History, University of Ghana as part of his National Service. He has also served as Legal Advisor to various corporate bodies and unions. Hewas the Corporate Affairs Manager of Coolant Ghana Services before joining Palm Institute. His specific areas of interest in law include: corporate law, civil litigation and contract law.
